GUAM Algae Mud F.I.R.: Apply the GUAM Algae Mud F.I.R. to the thighs and buttocks with a gentle massage. Wrap with cling film. Leave on for 45 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
Liporeducing Cream: Massage a generous amount of the cream onto the affected areas until fully absorbed.
